Each and every garment and jewellery is hand inspected to make sure you get the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality and authenticity.
• In the rare case that you need a final little adjustment to make it perfect, we’ll also re-reimburse your local tailoring costs up to Rs 300. (Not valid for customers residing OUT OF INDIA)
• In the unlikely event of any issues with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we’ll throw everything we have at ensuring your issues are resolved.
• Since these cases occur very rarely, we’ll offer to re-reimburse you Rs 300 for those little adjustments you want from your local tailor. (Not valid for customers residing OUT OF INDIA)
• Please note that as all of our outfits are Made to Order and therefore we can’t refund/ or cancel once production has begun.
• This above also applies to change of mind.
RETURNS & REFUNDS PROCESS
If the Customer Care team deems an outfit to be faulty, please follow the below returns process for all eligible refunds:
If you receive a faulty outfits then you need to raise the complaint within the 24 hours of receiving the outfit.
STEP 1 – EMAIL CUSTOMER CARE
• Email Customer Care as soon as you receive your item at
• [email protected] letting us know:
1. Your order number
2. Please send us images of any issues you’ve experienced.
STEP 2 – PACK YOUR ITEM(S)
• Once we’ve understood your issues, we’ll send you a returns address.
• Please pack your unworn, unmodified and unused item carefully in the original packaging, with all tags still attached.
STEP 3 – POST BACK USING A TRACKABLE METHOD
• Return your package using a trackable courier. The safe delivery and cost of your item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches the Designer’s Returns Address.
• Email us your post/delivery receipt so we know it’s on its way
• All returns for refunds or exchange must be received at the Returns Address within 14 days of the Customer Care team issuing the Returns Delivery Address.
Once our team has received your item(s), they’ll do a quick check to ensure the conditions above have been met and address any concerns you’ve raised with the Designer. We’ll then quickly contact you regarding the details of your refund.
FAST TRACK SERVICE
• The ‘Fast Track’ Service means that we’ll put your order to the front of the production queue and we’ll guarantee the day it will ship to you from the designer.
• We’ll always make our very best effort to get to you on time – but please be aware that on rare occasions, there may be transit delays by the courier and/or customs of which we obviously have no control or responsibility.
• All screens have different colour settings so there can be some variation in colour and tone unless you specify a particular Pantone reference.
• We can’t accept liability for items not received to the Returns Address.
• Any refunds are credited back to the original card used to purchase.
LATE RETURNS (IN CASE OF FAULTY OUTFIT)
All exchanges must be requested within 24 hours from the day of receipt . Anything received after 24 hours won’t be accepted as a valid return case.
